BC Baseball works with one contact, Patti Miller, in the St. Louis area to help teams book rooms while attending BC Baseball tournaments. Patti Miller works in conjunction with numerous hotels in the St. Louis area to assure teams get the accommodations they desire. BC Baseball, courtesy of the Sheraton Westport, Doubletree and Sheraton Chalet, is offering travel teams a unique opportunity – a free entry fee* into any St. Louis are BC Baseball tournament in the St. Louis area! Stay at one of the host hotels, for $75 to $99 a night, during a BC Baseball tournament and the hotel will pay the team’s entry fee. New for 2010: A breakfast option, check it out when you call!

April 15-18: Throwin’ Leather Open at the Woodlands Sports Complex (Cardinal Weekend)
April 22-25: St. Louis Classic at Fountain Lake Complex
April 29-May 2: Duel at the Diamonds at the Woodlands Sports Complex (Cardinal Weekend)
May 6-9: Mother’s Day Classic at the Ellisville Athletic Association
May 13-16: Wood Bat Metro Championships at Fountain Lake Complex
May 20-23: Cardinal Classic at Fountain Lake Complex (Cardinal Weekend)
May 28-31: Let’s Play America’s Game at Ozzie Smith Complex
June 3-6: June Jam at Fountain Lake Complex (Cardinal Weekend)
June 10-13: Baseball at the Oz at the Ozzie Smith Sports Complex

* Requirements: Teams must stay at one of the host hotels for a minimum of 2 nights with at least 8 rooms per night. Also, gate fee must be paid in advance and hotel reservations must be confirmed to guarantee team entry. Room rates are $75 to $99, depending upon the hotel. This opportunity is offered on a first-come basis dependent upon space availability.
