BC Baseball League, Central Missouri’s premier baseball league is the place where competitive players come to play. Being a part of the league gives coaches and their teams full team insurance, access to the Twin Oak’s baseball fields for practicing, complementary USSSA team registration, two dozen game balls for the league season, and the best competition in central Missouri.

Lake Area Division Teams: If you select to play in the BC Baseball League Lake Area, then the majority of your league games will be scheduled in Osage Beach.
Southern Division Teams: If you select to play in the BC Baseball League Southern Division, then the majority of your league games will be scheduled in Jefferson City.
Northern Division Teams: If you select to play in the BC Baseball League Northern Division, then the majority of your league games will be scheduled in Columbia.
Frequently Asked Questions for league
16 & Under and 18 & Under Division: Teams will play in a separate 18 & Under age group with few or no crossover games versus 16 & Under teams. Teams will be scheduled for a total of 16 games. Teams will play on fields set with 90-foot base and 60-foot-6 pitching distances at the Boone County Fairgrounds – Aktins Baseball Complex. Portable mounds will be used for games in this age group. Games will be seven innings in length and will be played with a 1 hour, 45 minute time limit. Game times will be 6PM and 8:10 PM with teams playing mostly doubleheaders. This division will begin play in the first week of last week of May. 2012 League Fee: $1,600 per team due by May 20 ($1,500 if paid by April 22). Teams will also have the option of receiving a free gate fee if playing in the league sponsored tournament at the beginning of the season in June for an additional $295.
14 & Under Division: Teams will play in a separate 14 & Under age group with no crossover games versus 13 & Under teams (unless your local area’s league needs are such that crossover games are necessary). Teams will be scheduled for a total of 20-22 games. Again for 2012, 14U teams will play on fields set with 90-foot base and 60-foot-6 pitching distances. Portable mounds will be used for games in this age group. Games will be seven innings in length and will be played with a 1 hour, 45 minute time limit. Game times will be 6PM and 8:10 PM with teams playing mostly doubleheaders. This division will begin play in the first week of April. 2012 League Fee: $1,800 per team ($1,700 if paid by Dec. 14).
13 & Under Division: Teams will play in a separate 13 & Under age group with no crossover games versus 14 & Under teams (unless your local area’s league needs are such that crossover games are necessary). 10 & Under and 9 & Under Divisions: Teams will play in a separate age groups (provided there are enough teams) with limited or no crossover games vs. the older/younger teams unless requested by the coach. Teams will be scheduled for a total of 14-16 games. Teams will play on fields set with 65-foot base and 46-foot pitching distances. Portable mounds will be used for games in these age groups. Games will be six innings in length and will be played with a 1 hour, 45 minute time limit. Game times will be 6PM and 8:10 PM with teams having an option to play mostly doubleheaders or mostly single games. This division may begin play in the first week of April. At these age groups, player pitching and full stealing rules are in effect, although there is a large amount of leniency concerning balk rules with the pitchers. 2012 League Fee: $1,500 per team ($1,400 if paid by Dec. 14).
NOTE: 8 & Under Player Pitch Teams will be classified under the 9U League with the same game regulations, except there will be modified stealing and drop third strike rules. 2012 League Fee: $1,000 per team ($900 if paid by Dec. 14).
8 & Under Coach Pitch Division: The rules for the 8 & Under Coach Pitch Division can be read by clicking here, some of the main rules are as follows; no leadoffs and no advancing on passed balls or dropped/missed third strikes. Teams will play on fields set with 60-foot base and 40-foot pitching distances. The rules of this division provide for a continuous batting order (everyone is in the batting order, even though they may not be playing defense at that time). Games will be five innings in length and will be played with a 1 hour, 15 minute time limit. This division will play a 12-game season and one league-sponsored tournament at the end of the season. Game times will be 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM with teams mostly playing single games, although a doubleheader may be scheduled. This division will begin play May 21 and end by July 1. This will include a pre-season clinic from BC Baseball Academy Staff. League Fee: $800 per team ($700 if paid by Dec. 8).
