Managers are responsible for keeping records of all innings
pitched for all pitchers on the team throughout the season. 2.
Arguing umpire judgment calls will not be tolerated.
Any umpire's decision which involves judgment, such as, but not
limited to, whether a batted ball is fair or foul, whether is a pitch
of a strike, whether a runner is safe or out is final.
If there is reasonable doubt that any umpire's decision may be
in conflict with the rules, the manager may appeal the decision and
ask that a correct ruling be made.
Such appeal shall be made only to the umpire who made the
protested decision.
If a decision is appealed, the umpire making the decision may

The pitcher is to throw towards the outfield fence parallel to
the foul line with the protector to be stationed facing the batters
box. 5.

the bases are set. Once the bases are set, the two opposing coaches
must split the field down the center from home plate to the
centerfield fence to provide each team 1/2 of the field for pre-game
warm-ups. Throwing the ball across the infield is prohibited. 6.
No soft toss into the fences is allowed. 7.
