Play for a National Championship at the Academy and Club National Championships hosted by BC Baseball!

It’s a Lifetime Experience!

Include a national championship experience as part of your 2012 season. The Academy and Club National Championships (ACNC) will crown an Academy or Club as National Champions in 2012! Your Academy and Club National Championships host will do everything possible to create an experience that the players, coaches, and families will remember for a lifetime!

What is an Academy or Club?

A group of teams which operate under the same or similar name with a director and/or board of directors and which have a purpose or mission statement of working together to provide an opportunity for players to play baseball at a higher or more competitive level.

How to Qualify:

Academies or Clubs with a minimum of 3 teams at any age group qualify to participate in the ACNC Teams must be registered with USSSA; teams may register with USSSA at www.usssa.com.  To register for the tournament please go online to BCBaseball.org.

How to Enter the ACNC:

Teams must enter the Academy and Club National Championships at BCBaseball.org on a first come, first served basis. Academy and Club National Championship entry is $625.

Registration Process:

1.    Click Here and fill out your Organization’s Intent to Participate Form

2.    Click Here and submit a “Team Information” form for each team in your organization that is participating

3.    Payment made either online, credit card or by mail, $625/team

4.    Payment must be received by May 1, 2012

Registrations will be accepted up till May 1, 2012, after May 1st registrations will only be accepted as space permits. Contact Steve at (573) 445-8999 for more information.

Academy and Club National Championships Format:

  • Open to all Classifications (Major/AAA/AA/A)
  • Ages 9U, 10U, 11U, 12U, 13U, 14U (60/90)
  • Limited to 24 teams per age group
  • Pool play into drop-down brackets (Gold/Silver/Bronze)
  • Teams will play a minimum of 6-7 games
  • Winners of each bracket will be crowned A.C.N.C. team champions
  • Awards will be given to the top 0rganizations that have the greatest point totals

How is an Organization Crowned the National Champion?

  • Each team earns points by places that they finish within their age group.
  • The highest points go to first place teams followed by a descending point system based on placing. Additional points may be earned throughout the tournament.
  • Each teams points will go towards the Academy’s/Club’s overall points.
  • The organization with the highest point total at the end of the tournament will be crowned National Champions. (NOTE: A complete listing of the point system will be published in the ACNC packet at a later date.)

All of the complexes that will be used for the Academy and Club National Championships are located in Columbia, Missouri, which provides an opportunity for your Academy or Club to travel, stay and cheer for each at the same location — and — all complexes are within 10-15 minutes driving distance of each other.

13 & Under Division – Will Play at Twin Oaks Complex
14 & Under Division – Will Play at Atkins Baseball Complex (3 newly built fields with grass infields)
