Refund Policies—Baseball Tournaments:

Team Withdrawal from Tournament

A team will be charged a $50 cancellation fee in the event the team cancels more than twenty (20) days prior to the start of the tournament.  A team can change tournaments if it is at least twenty (20) days prior to the start of the tournament with no fee.   If a team does not give a minimum of twenty (20) days notice before the start of the tournament they will forfeit the entire entry fee.

Inclement Weather and Tournaments

There are times when weather will affect the tournament schedule; i.e. pool games, first-round championship bracket games, consolation games and/or entire consolation brackets could be cancelled.  Teams should be aware that weather could affect the game schedule and plan accordingly.  The goal of BC Baseball tournaments is to determine a champion of each age group the best possible way; as determined by the tournament director(s) with all weather factors considered.

If inclement weather should limit the number of games played then refunds/credits will issued as follows:

  1. No games started; a full refund less $50 administrative fee; teams can transfer credit to another tournament or season with no administrative fee.
  2. One (1) game started or completed; 50% refund/credit of entry fee. Credit can be applied to another tournament or the following season.
  3. Two (2) games started or completed; no refund.

Gate/Admission Fees

Gate/Admission fees are non-refundable.

Refund Policies—Baseball League:

League Fees

League fees are not refundable.  If a team does not play all of their guaranteed league games due to other teams, weather, or other circumstances out of that team’s control they may request a credit for each guaranteed game not played.  Credit will be given at the discretion of the Executive Director and have a maximum value of $50/game.  These credits can be applied to future league fees and/or tournaments.  The credits are non-refundable and expire after one year.
